The plain-language basics of buying a custom, made-to-order piece from One of One.
Ordering with us
Placing an order means you accept these terms. Each order is an agreement for us to print and deliver the specific piece you designed, at the price shown when you confirm.
Made to order
Your piece is produced specifically for you after you order: nothing is pre-made. Production starts soon after you confirm, which is why cancellations and changes are only possible before it enters printing.
Your design, your responsibility
You confirm you have the right to use any image or text you upload, and that it isn't copyrighted by someone else, offensive, or unlawful. You're responsible for the content you choose to print; we're responsible for printing it well.
Our brand and platform
The One of One name, studio, site, and original visuals are ours. Designing a piece gives you your finished product. It doesn't transfer any rights to our brand or software.
Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in Egyptian pounds and include your customization and any per-print-area add-ons. Delivery fees are added and shown before you confirm. Cash on delivery is available across Egypt.
Print accuracy
We print exactly what you place on the canvas. Screens and fabric render colour differently, so slight variation between your screen and the finished print is normal and isn't considered a fault.
If something goes wrong
If a piece arrives faulty, misprinted, or wrong, we’ll replace or refund it (see Shipping & returns). Beyond that, our responsibility for any order is limited to the value of that order. These terms are governed by the laws of Egypt.
Return & Exchange Policy
Every product is custom-made and individually printed to your design. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. Returns are accepted only for a manufacturing defect or an error we made in production, including: • The wrong design printed, compared to your approved order • The wrong size shipped due to our fulfilment error • Significant print misalignment, peeling, or fading on arrival • Other genuine manufacturing faults We don't accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for: • Change of mind after purchase • The wrong size selected by you • Errors in the artwork, text, spelling, or colours you submitted • Minor variation in print placement or colour caused by screen-to-print differences • Any piece produced exactly as you approved it To report a defect, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the defect. Reports made after 7 days may be declined. We'll review what you send. If it's confirmed as a manufacturing defect or our error, we'll replace the item at no additional cost or offer another appropriate resolution at our discretion. We reserve the right to refuse any return, exchange, or refund request that doesn't meet these conditions, or where the product was produced exactly as ordered. By placing an order with One of One, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Return & Exchange Policy.
