What we collect
Just what's needed to make and deliver your order: your name, phone number, and delivery address, plus the design files and text you add to your piece. We don't ask for anything we don't use.
How we use it
Your details are used only to produce your order, deliver it, take cash-on-delivery payment, and help you if something comes up. We don't sell your data or use it for anything you didn't ask for.
Who handles your information
Your order and checkout are processed securely through Shopify, your design files are kept in secure cloud storage, and your delivery details are shared with the courier only to get your order to your door. That's the full list.
Your design files
Uploaded artwork is used for one thing: printing your order. It's stored securely, never shared or sold, and kept only as long as we need it to produce your piece and handle any reprint or issue — after that it's removed.
Cookies
We use a small number of essential cookies to remember your language, theme, and cart, plus basic analytics to understand how the site is used. No advertising trackers.
Your rights and contact
You can ask us to see, update, or delete the personal data we hold about you at any time. Reach out through the channels in the footer and we’ll take care of it.
