How your one-of-one piece is made, how it reaches you across Egypt, and exactly what happens if something isn't right.
Nationwide delivery
We deliver to every governorate in Egypt through trusted couriers. Your order ships once production is complete, and delivery adds a couple of days on top depending on where you are.
Production time
Every piece is made to order, so nothing ships instantly. Printing takes roughly 5–9 days before your order leaves for delivery, and you'll get status updates as it moves from printed to shipped.
Cash on delivery
Pay in cash to the courier when your order arrives — no card needed. Please have the exact amount ready, including the delivery fee shown at checkout, to keep handover quick and easy.
Delivery fees
The delivery fee depends on your governorate and is always shown before you confirm your order, so there are no surprises at the door.
Made to order means limited returns
Because every piece is printed specifically for you, we can't accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or a size chosen incorrectly — please use the size chart before ordering. This is standard for custom, print-on-demand products.
Something wrong? We'll make it right
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or different from what you designed, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a clear photo. We'll arrange a replacement or a refund — a fault on our side is ours to fix, not yours to pay for.
